Surreal. </p><p><strong>A man is dead and a teen locked up after road rage incident</strong></p><p>Newsday September 13, 2005, 5:34 PM EDT<br /><br />MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -- Enraged after being cut off by a teen driver, authorities say a man then followed the high school athlete home and tried to run the youth down with his car. Instead, the 53-year-old was punched into unconsciousness and died Tuesday. <br /><br />Zucker said the teen was on his way home from football practice around 5:30 p.m. when he inadvertently cut off the other driver. <br /><br />Authorities said Munter followed the teen three miles to the student's home in Lindenwold, screaming through his window all the way. The teen used a cell phone to call his father, who told him to drive home, officials said. <br /><br />When the teen arrived home, Zucker said, he ran across the street to his home from his still-idling truck, but he was not fast enough. Living in NJ, the drivers are well, worthy of the cliche. And during the summer here at NJ shore, at least half the people on the road are driving in unfamiliar places; hence the horrific driving habits made even worse with clueless/lost drivers, just sit on the boardwalk in Belmar and listen to the squealing brakes and the drivers screaming at each other all day long. </font></p><p><font size="2">Clueless lane changes on the major roads&nbsp;is a good one, the person next to you decides your lane seems nice, they just never look to notice you occupying said lane, and they move in, and unless you react fast enough, crash boom ouch.</font></p>

If I were on this Jury it would be hung (and not just on the size of my junk). There is NO way you can fault this kid for hitting a man twice. he was Stalked, THEN THE MAN TRIED TO KILL HIM. if the man were alive, he would be charged with agrivated assault with a deadly weapon. Instead, this poor kid is in jail. He was obviously scared, hence why he called his dad. That guy got EXACTLY what he deserved.

<p>Ok this is one kid who pretty much would take a bullet to stop...nothing less.</p><p>I am pretty much on with everyone here. This kid was run over by this asshole. He tried to MURDER the kid for cutting him off in traffic.</p><p>Then the kid gets up and punches him twice. It is not like he pulled this guy out of the car and pummeled him over and over....two shots.</p><p>Personally...I am glad this fucker is dead. He brought it onto himself. </p><p>And I have to give this kid alot of credit. At his size he seriously could have just egged the guy on and pretty much played games with him in his car to piss him off. He called his dad and followed his dad's advice. He could have been the streo-typical know-it-all teen but he used good judgement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>He only attacked when his back was against the wall and not many kids are like that. I hope he gets off the hook&nbsp;with no problems.</p>

I can't believe the court system actually did something right for a change.
