I've been listening during the day to XM online on my laptop, which
is a mac. I use the widget to connect to 202, since I don't have
to worry about idling out, but it takes so long to connect. And
the web site has this same problem.

If I see a song listed I want
to hear, by the time I click it, it's like 2 songs later. Is
there any way to fix this delay or is it just a problem because they
force you to use the Microsoft media player?

Here's a solution: get a PC, loser!

Oh wait, I have a mac too. I use netscape, same problem.

The only mac in my office I only use on a no alternative basis. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll f with it to see what works.

No one makes spyware and viruses for Mac because no one cares about them, it's not worth it for a hacker type to make a virus for the few hundred people who have them, and your REAL punishment is just owning the fucking thing.

One Big SeXXXy Blog
yeah
exactly. PCs are open to spyware and all that but with a pc you can
download anything and it'll run. There are limited files on the mac.
Yahoo messenger sux for mac but is great for pc.. a lot of people who
make these programs don't give a sh*t about the mac owners.

Someone correct me if i am wrong but doesn't only 4% own macs? Thats probably why no one wants to program a virus for them..

When I had my ibook it was always slow to connect to any kind of online media (mylive365,xm, and porn). Luckily the logic board died after 14 months and I went back to PC. No connection problems now..

Ok, so no one has a faster way to connect to it. Oh well.

And
my main computer at home is a WinXP machine, my laptop is a mac (which
I carry to work and listen off of), and my computer at work is a linux
box. Of the three, the Win box is good for playing games and
fucking around. The mac and the linux boxes are doing real
development.

proofread;

alright, now I am confused.

alright; now I am confused.

semi colon

It binds two sentences more closely than they would be if separated by a full stop or period. It often replaces a conjunction such as and or but.
A writer might consider this appropriate where they are trying to
indicate a close relationship between two sentences, or a 'run-on' in
meaning from one to the next; they don't wish the connection to be
broken by the abrupt use of a full-stop.

Comma

It is used to mark off separate elements in a sentence: introductory clauses, words in a series, parenthetical phrases, or interjections.

Commas are also used to separate items in lists, and to present large numbers in a more readable form.

These formal uses frequently also indicate a pause in speech.
Writers often use optional commas for stylistic reasons, to indicate
such a pause where none may be required, grammatically.

Fowler's Modern English Usage demonstrates this optional use of commas with two sentences, differing only by a comma:

Whitefolks, I use that widget and it uses the same media player. It's good for removing the idling out, but the connection time still sucks.
