What is a song(s) that you truley love but you are ashamed to admit it...so much so that you go right past it on the dial when someone else is in the car.  For me it's ETERNAL FLAME by the Bangles.  You should hear me hit those high notes at the end, it is the gayest thing I have ever heard!

I try to be as open to music as I can.  If you put my iPod on shuffle, you'd think I was fucking insane with all the crap that's on there.  I'm usually not ashamed of anything I listen to, no matter what the company.But I usually listen to my Spice Girls CD by myself.  Yea, that's the one.  No one should see me enjoying that.  If someone walked in and heard me listening to that CD, it would be like my mother walking in to the room at the climax of a snuff film I was jacking to.Uncomfortable.<img src="http://scripts.cgispy.com/image.cgi?u=njdmmoe" border="0" /> <a href="http://www.unhallowed.com/">www.unhallowed.com</a> <a href="http://thebigsexxxy.blogspot.com/">One Big SeXXXy Blog</a>

I have no idea how this became a guilty pleasure for me because I hated this group as a strapping lad. But most ABBA songs bring joy to me.As my favorite group is STP, and the last concert that I went to for myself was Metalica, it shames me and I have to roll up the window when they come on, but I won't turn them off.

My favortie guilty song is Holding Out for a Hero by Bonnie Tyler.It just reminds me of the final scene in Short Circuit 2 (my guilty pleasure movie) where Jonny 5 is dying and leaking battery fluid, but he rushes up the doc, onto the crane, then swings himself onto the boat and captures the bank robber - classic.

BIG BIG black man, gold and Sean Jean everywhere, sits down next to me with a personal cd player and those HUGE, oversized earphones. Guy starts tinkering with the Cd player and I prepare for the bass to start pushing my head sideways.  Three seconds later it was "Did you think that I was gonna give it up to you, this tyeyeyime" Avril god-damned Lavigne. The Gwen Stefani solo album.Every fiber of my being tells me I should hate it, but I don't.  I like just about every single released from it.  Maybe it's due to my lust for Gwen, I don't know.  All I know is, "Hollaback Girl" is one of the most retarded songs I've heard in recent memory, but I can't turn it off when it comes on the radio and I find it impossible not to sing along.

I wanted so badly to go the club in brooklyn where it was filmed at I believe. I was really bummed when I found out the club was closed and being torn down and I never made it there to see the place. Baby Come Back....by Pilot.  The  AM alarm clock went off playing that song in the 1970's at 5:30am.  My dad and I went skiing, I was about 12 years old or so.  Very nice memory.  Every time I hear it, it brings me right back to that time.  (insert Doogie Houser voice-over) 7 and a Switchblade

I beg to differ telecaster 7 but I dont think baby come back was by pilot. who the fuck is pilot anyways? I've never heard of such a group.  I believe that song was by either ohio players or player. not sure right now. I know I used to love that song too, I would play all the time until I knew the words. Barry Manilow, Lionel Richie and even Johnny Mathis were some of my moms favorite growing up. She played music every Saturday and Sunday while she cleaned or cooked our big Italian Sunday dinners. I guess it just burned in my head.

Funny Story, my entire family went to see Manilow for my moms birthday. One of the first things he said was "Men, dont worry your not gay because your here, a lot of straight guys like my music" and then he went on to say "I will bet that most of you (Guys) didnt tell your friends you were coming to see me"

I found that funny!

Ok, here we go. I will never turn off a Rihanna song if I flip my radio dial. Now I won't go out of my way to hear it, I've never bought a song or anything. But I swear to god, for some reason, if I hear a song by her I'm happier.

It started way back on that SOS song, then Umbrella got stuck in my brain. Now I like the 'just live your life (Oh!), ay ay ay' song.

I don't know what this says about me (fagola) and I think I listen to pretty good music other wise. It's just the production is so clean and her voice with it that I think I actually like it.

I actually thought they turned a corner and maybe the rest of the album would have been good, but then I heard another track, and it was shit.

Yeah, same here. With the last game of baseball's regular season, WGN always puts together a montage of clips from the Cubs' season set to a contemporary song. They usually doa great job even when the music isn't that great, but they used that song in 2007 and I had no idea who it was but I really liked it. I was kinda stunned to find out it was Silverchair and that they were even still around AND that the lead singer married Natalie Imbruglia, the lucky bastard.
