What does your work out entail? I have a treadmill at home so I do that for a half hour 5 days a week and some sit-ups. Which isn't doing the job. lol I don't have the money to join the gym and besides I don't have the time to go. What do you other girls do to keep the shape you're in?

Dieting. That's all I need to say. The myths, the truths. I can't take it anymore. I simply watch what I eat and I don't eat in excess. I eat light during the week, so on the weekends I don't have to be so careful. I mainly eat salads for lunch and dinner is usually chicken or beef of some sort. I drink alot of water too, but coffee with cream is my only downfall. It's my fuel everyday. What are your dieting schemes?

I love eating too much to
diet. I just seem to eat
constantly, and bad stuff,
too. And I love beer too much!
I can't help myself! and
every day my clothes fit me
just a a little bit worse -
it's pathetic, but I love
eating so it's a tradeoff I'm
willing to make I guess.

As far as exercising goes, I
have no discipline, so I can't
do it. I boke or skate to work
every once in a while when I'm
not feeling lazy, and I go
horseback riding once a week
and climb every few weeks
(living on LI sucks for
climbing) and that's about it.
Nothing particularly aerobic.
I've been debating joining a
gym - I figure I might go if I
am paying for it, but I'm not
sure and I'm afraid of
committing.

Effme:

Try to eat most of your carbohydrates early in the day, say, at breakfast. Decrease your intake as the day passes. Your last meal should not include carbs.

The earlier you eat carbs (30 minutes before you hit the treadmill) the more time in the day there is to convert those carbs to engergy.

I am the most unhealthy person you'll ever know. If I drink, I don't eat. I can only afford the calorie intake from one or the other, and beer wins every time. About 4 years ago I lost 35 lbs. in 2 months by quitting drinking completely and eating nothing but those microwaveable Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, Weight Watchers meals. They taste like cardboard but they work.

i love to eat.

i've never been on a diet and i don't work out, but i do a lot of walking and ride my bike almost everyday.

i'm surprised i don't weigh like 400lbs. considering all the pounds of peanut chews and brownies i eat everyday.
