Opening Theme Question

I love the new show opening theme and am wondering about the source of some of the clips. Can anyone tell me where "..and boom goes the dynamite" comes from. Also who sings the song "Brother's gonna work it out"? Finally where is "Grab 'er dog" from? Thanks buddays.

"...and boom goes the dynamite" is from some guy who completely bombed during a sports newscast.
