Ive been using TWC for television for 10 years and its always been expensive. I have Digital cable + HBO and I pay almost $ 70 a month for one box on one tv. I get every channel you can get except for the pay movie channels (SHO TMC MAX etc....).

Ive been hearing that Satelite is an option. Does anyone know which is better and what drawbacks exist for switching?

as long as you have a clear shot at the south sky and have soemone
professnioal install the dish, Direct TV should be a good option, but
in reality it's about the same as cable with HBO I believe (at least
that's what my friend who has Direct TV has told me). If you have
DSL I think Verizon has a deal with phone, DSL, and Direct TV at a
cheaper rate
