Does the MyFi have to be on to tape?</p><p> </p><p>HELP!!</p><p>I have the TAO XM2Go, but the instructions should be the same:</p><p>hit menu</p><p>select myXM</p><p>There should be an option to schedule a session</p><p>select session 1 (or session 2 if you want to set up more than one)</p><p>select start and stop time and whether you want your MyFi to record that time once or every day</p><p>make sure you MyFi is <strong>off</strong>, in the cradle, with the antenna hooked up</p><p>program will record automatically - while it is recording, there should be a "session 1 recording" message on the screen,</p><p>Also, taping a song, do I just tap the mem buttin?</p><p>Nope. Tapping the memory button will just save the name of the song and artist (so you can go buy or download that song later)</p><p>Hit the "2Go" button twice to record a song. Hit it again to stop.</p><p>To access anything recorded on your MyFi, hit the "mode" button. Hit it again to go back to live broadcasting.<br /></p>
