Here are some interesting facts...&nbsp; at least 8 of them live in the same 4 square block area (there are several boarding houses there). I went to school with one guy on the list. A large percentage of them are from somewhere else. Oh, and this...&nbsp; almost all of them look like sex offenders.

around 16, and his victim was around 13. That is borderline. That's
like a High school senior and freshman, especially if the boy flunked
out one year and was left back. We all know that when your dealing with
people under a certain age, theres no such thing as consent. Even
though in other states they could marry legally. And thats exactly whats
fucked up about this law. The fact he only got 3 years tells me there
were alot of mitigating circumstances, yet he's lumped in with old men
fucking pre-pubescent boys. Plus he's served his time, and now wears

I feel if the state is putting it out, the chances that the offenders really are a danger might be real.
