Well I usually just drop the joke in and then someone answers you seriously, but since no one else bit, I'll answer you seriously.After you're around for awhile and you do something or say something that makes someone notice you, the Mods will put it in your Mod Quote area.  Sometimes they're nice enough to put what you want in there, but I don't know if they want to sit around all day granting people's requests for change of Mod Quote.If you happen to piss them off, they might give you a really shitty, insulting Mod Quote, so be on your guard!

Well, technically, it's all explained in the FAQ (saying what Moe has said already)...they just kinda happen.  I tend to just look for something posted that would look hilarious out of context.  Or at least hilarious to me.  At the end of the day, if you haven't been an ass to me for no good reason, PM me a pic or saying you want there and 99% of the time I'll toss it up.Unless you're Wadd.
