Movie "The Siege" predicts 9/11

I was watching a videotape of &quot;The X-Files Movie&quot; and it was one of the previews before the movie. It was so much like the 9/11 attack that I imdb'd it and couldn't believe it came out in 1998! I was planning on renting it when I saw its on tonight (Friday) at 8:00PM on the History Channel. wasn't it. The HBO original movie about the first WTC bombing ended
with a terrorist captured by the FBI in a helicopter flying by the
towers saying something like &quot;Someday, we'll bring those towers
