Not exactly a completely factual article.

Radio talk show host Fez Whatley, of the popular "Ron and Fez Show," suffered a heart attack at his home in New York City late last week following the completion of his daily show on XM Satellite Radio. The news was announced by Whatley's on-air partner, Ron Bennington, during this morning's broadcast.
According to Bennington, Whatley actually suffered a heart attack following the pair's Wednesday program. Whatley, who is well-known for being somewhat of a hypochondriac, dismissed his shortness of breath and chest pains as indigestion and reported to work on Thursday. The duo completed their Thursday broadcast and even went so far as to complete in-studio production work before departing.
It was after this point that Whatley took a turn for the worse. After being brought to the emergency room of an unspecified Manhattan hospital, Whatley immediately underwent an emergency angioplasty, which he completed with total success. His positive surgical experience turned out to be bittersweet, however, as doctor's discovered that Whatley was also suffering from a long-undiagnosed case of diabetes.
Bennington took the airwaves yesterday solo, recapping the story of his partner's medical complications. There is no word at present exactly when Whatley will return to the program, but doctor's did predict a full and speedy recovery. Real Radio talk show hosts Jay Dubs and El Jefe, long-time friends of Bennington and Whatley, are slated to fill in for the remainder of this week. Plans beyond then have yet to be disclosed.
<i>"The Ron and Fez Show" airs weekdays from 11AM - 2PM, with replays at midnight and throughout the weekend, on XM 202.</i>
