Please post in either thread if you are going to go to sign or not, I don't want to head all the way to Iggy's and no one comes.

You could technically go from Penn Station, 1-2-3 upto Times Square, transfer to the S (shuttle) train to Grand Central and transfer to the 6 train uptown and get upto the place @ 77th street.

However, I've done that, I take the subway all the time, and I get lost sometimes too due to all the construction going on (how long has there been construction going on @ 42nd subway?)

Anyway, I would get out at Penn Station and walk from 7th avenue east (away from penn station on either 34th or 32nd street across train) and walk 4 avenues east to Park Avenue (32nd or 28th street) and take that uptown to the place.

Begin your response here...

I really don't know the "easiest" way for a person from out of town, but personally, I would do the following:

- Take the 1 or 9 subway from Penn station uptown to Times square/42nd street.

- Take the little shuttle train that you catch inside the Times square/42nd street station to the Grand Central station.

- Catch the 6 train uptown in Grand Central.

(OR- take a cab)

-I'll log off now, and listen to your
response.-

My suggestion was the same as posted above, so nevermind....

If anyone wants to meet me in Central Jersey next week to sign the card before it gets sent, PM me and I'll try to work it out. I will be in Westchester on Wednesday, PM me if you're in that area and want to sign. Thats the best I can do.

I'm not signing the card for people because its fucking lame to get a card with 80 signatures all in the same handwriting. "Wow, they really care, but not enough to sign a card themselves".

Yes, its a pain in the ass to get into the city sometimes. But to say all 3 nights offered were too inconvienient is a little out there. I thought Wednesday was inconvienient because it was a worknight, and I bitched and moaned about it, but offered a solution, I offered my time up two nights this weekend. I had plans tonight but am just meeting up with people later on in Manhattan. I worked it out.

The parking situation at IGgy's is VERY easy. I got a spot right in front last night. I almost never have to park in a lot when I go there.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." [ Theodore Roosevelt ]

How about just adding a line on the card saying someting like .........and from all the rest of the people who couldn't personally sign this card but are wishing you a speedy recovery. We all love you Fezzie.

I will put this on the card, I just didn't want to sign a bunch of names in the same handwriting because it would look silly.

I'm fedexing this over for delivery on Friday.

The card does say "From all your friends at RonFez.Net" and then everyone signed around the card in addition to that.
