<p>Howdy </p><p>You need Adobe Acrobat pdf maker. One of the
professional versions. Once installed, it puts Adobe icons in
your Excel, Word, etc. toolbars and once your MS sheet or doc or
whatever is complete and saved, you just click the old 'convert to pdf'
button in the toolbar and the program handles the rest.<br />

You need Acrobat, then when you go to "Print", PDF is listed as a printer, you print the excel file into a pdf file.

<p>For a free alternative to Acrobat, try CutePDF Writer</p><p><a href="http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp">http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp</a></p><p>Download both CutePDF writer and Ghostscript. Install Ghostscript first. After both are installed, you will have a new printer option. When you select CutePDF Writer as your printer, a dialog will popup asking you for a save file name.</p><p>I have no interest in this program other than I have been using various versions for a few years, it works (faster than Acrobat) and the price is right.</p>
