I recently stumbled upon your website when I searched for an old
friend of mine "dan gassler", to read the news that he had past really
shocked me "how could someone so full of life be gone". I met dan
in 1999 here in San Antonio, TX when he came to visit his dad. I
remember the night we met, it was at Bennigans the night the SA Spurs
won the 1999 championship;although he didnt care for the
(SPERMS<<that's what he called them) he still celebrated like he
was their number one fan. We immediately clicked and became really good
friends, every time he would come from NJ to TX and visit his dad, he'd
call or email and let me know he was in town. He was truly amazing, I
had never met anyone with such spirit and love for everyone around him,
he lived life to its fullest everyday, he showed me how to have fun and
not care about what anyone thought. A couple of years ago we lost touch
and I noticed that he would never return any of my emails so I figured
he was off living his life but then I really began to wonder what
ever happened to him...so I searched for him on yahoo and to my
surprise I found your message board.

He was so proud to
be "Circus Boy"..that's all he would talk about. It was great to see
how many lives he touched and just how special he was to so many
people, it's not everyday you meet a Dan Gassler.

Im really greatful that I found you guys, I can see why you were so important to him...

I love you Dan...(Go Yankees!!)
