View Full Version : images of R&F were flip-flopped, now hard to enjoy

For 3.5 months now I assumed that ron looked like fez and fez like ron.  That is, I assumed that the photos and graphics of them were the other way around.  Like if you look at the ronfez.net logo in the upper left, i assumed that was fez on the left, and then ron on the right.Listening to ron's voice, especially when he gets fired up about something and starts smiling (you can hear it in his voice) i pictured that rounded bearded head.  As for fez, I pictured him being the overweight ghoulish gay looking one. Now that I realize Ron is the big fat ghoulish looking ghastly fellow and fez has the approachable rounded head and beard, it's bothering me when I listen.  I liked the images I had in my head and these new ones just dont fit.  I have burned them into my mind that way and now it's all fucked up.  I especially dont like fez having a grey beard, and I dont like ron looking like a huge dead bloated fish.... damn.

i started getting suspicious when i heard ron talking about his gift cigars all the time, and then saw the cigar in the logo in what i thought was fez's mouth... then i started googling and came to the horrible realization. the pink did strike me as odd, but what can i say, i thought it was maybe some other gag, incorporated into the logo and not really neccesarily gay.

Are there any terribly attractive radio hosts?  Their form of entertainment relies on the ears, not the eyes.  Ron & Fez are just fuckin fine.  And this guy is clueless, but it's ok. I bet we all had the wrong impression at some point...usually it's before we see pictures of them.  I thought Fez was a scrawny little guy back then.

As if they were reading the pictures "Ron and Fez" (the word Ron is on the Left, so Ron's picture is on the left) so you wouldn't have to even consider the obvious clues (Fez wearing a Fez)Opie said something about this kind of thing when he was shown an AOTM poster (a few months back) and Anthony was pictured on the left. It's pretty obvious that the Italian guy with the Goatie isn't going to be called "Opie" but it still better to have "Opie and Anthony" pictured in the "correct" order, just as it's written.
