billy has a somewhat skeewed view on how other people view him. its been shown on the air, especially when it comes to the ladies.

<p>Maybe growing up with free Hot Dogs would make me Jealous, but I am ashamed. After all I've heard I always gave Billy the benefit of the doubt. I really did feel bad for Billy until I realized he wasn't joking when he got angry over a TV show with William Shatner as if it were the News.
