Can this be settled? Anyone in the know care to come forward with his identity?My money is on intern Paulie, since Ron or Fez do the Kenny Allen voice almost everytime they talk to him or about him. Either way, whoever's doing it should make a triumphant return now that they're on XM. Best caller ever Edit: After more thought, it seems pretty unlikely that Paulie is responsible for a character from 2002.  But the question still remains, why does Ron play the Kenny Allen clip so much in reference to Paulie?

He does it because Paulie sounds like him. He has a sort of high pitched whine when he's trying to explain something he did wrong.
