<a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2005/12/20/obituaries/20gigante.html">I'm not</a> that big a fan of mobsters but I liked this guy.<a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2005/12/20/obituaries/20gigante.html" target="_self">http://www.nytimes.com/2005/12/20/obituaries/20gigante.html</a>He had the greatest gimmick in all of mob land .  I'll take him him with the PJs & slippers wandering around the city over Gotti and his bling any day.  My favorite story was the purse snatcher who had mugged the Chin's 95 year old Mom.  When he found out who the victim was he turned himself in and didn't want to be released on bail.

being he died in prison it made me curious to know if he felt 'in the end' whether it was all worth it

Mr. Costello retired abruptly as a boss after a gunman grazed his scalp
with a bullet in the vestibule of his apartment building on Central
