FOOD POISONING!!!!

<p>ok i woke up at 5 this morning...blowing water from both ends. simultaneously...which in the midst of my troubles made me giggle because O&amp;A (might have been int he 2-3 hour) were talking about this happenening to ben. i wasn't sure what to do...and when i puke its more of a power puke. there's no holding it back. so i had a choice....the tub, the floor, the sink or spin around and get a face full of rhea. quick thinking me dumps the garbage in the bathroom on the floor and proceeded to fill....this sucks...i'm feeling a bit better now. but extremely dehydrated. my mouth is dry. i've gotten rid of every ounce of fluid in my body. i couldnt even hold down a sip of water before. now i'm able to drink some gatorade.this is like the 2nd time this year i've had this. i would think the wife is trying to kill me but last night i made something new...and this man is the culprit...</p><p><img height="262" src="http://espn-att.starwave.com/i/magazine/new/tony_siragusa_a.jpg" width="195" border="0" /></p><p>Gooses Ribs....tasted great going down...terrible back up. do not trust this man. ever.</p>

<p>Well what did you eat and where did you get it from.&nbsp; If you ate at home then you need to do a better job and keeping your work stations sanitized and making sure your food is cooked properly.</p><p>Also, if you ate out then you should call the place and make sure they are aware of the situation.&nbsp; If a whole lot of people are getting sick then they need to either question the hand washing of the employees or check which foods were served to the customers who got sick.</p><p>Wanna know how long and at what temperature to cook foods to make sure you are not getting any food borne diseases (e.coli, sal. typhii, enteritidis, etc.&nbsp; Try this (<a href="http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/fttcook.html">http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/fttcook.html</a>)</p><p>And here is for your hand washing needs........yes there is a science to washing your hands.&nbsp; It is not just liquid that comes out of a SpongeBob dispenser. I am home from work today. I also thought I had food poising, but it turns out it was a virus. There is def. something going around. I am not saying you do not have food poising, but if you run a fever it may be something else.

It's gonna be BAM, I crush his little skull and I sit down and smoke a cigar for another 55 seconds. The next kid comes in, BAM I put my cigar out on him. I laugh and point at the other kids "Who's next chubby?"

<p>He obviously had some of Goose's Tiffany ribs.&nbsp; Probably the ones from the supermarket and cooked them at home.&nbsp; He could have also went to Tif last night for the Monday night football special.&nbsp; </p><p>Funny, I'm home sick as a dog today too.&nbsp; I played hockey last night pretty sick bc I'm the captain now and we were up against the first place team.&nbsp;&nbsp;I just couldn't miss this&nbsp;one, our last game before the holiday break.&nbsp; This team beat the team we just lost to last week so we thought it would be one hell of a tough game.&nbsp; Somehow we must have matched up better against this team and handed them a big 9-0 loss last night.&nbsp; By the end of the game I could hardly stay upright on my skates, yet somehow managed to score our second goal and assist on another.&nbsp; I'm really feeling the brunt of my idiotic choice today though as I feel fucking horrible!&nbsp; Breathing actually hurts right now as my throat is a mess and I've turned into a phlegm factory.&nbsp; I just got done with the bed sweats/chills about an hour ago, so things might be looking up.&nbsp; </p>
