Because AOL News is so incredibly hidden, subversive and underground that only a select few will read the story.

The first version I heard was Buckley, then later found out that Leonard Cohen wrote it. Bob Dylan also has a pretty good cover of it. Of those versions, specifically Buckley's and Cohen's, the lyrics sort of diverge after the first couple of verses so I'm not 100% on whether that particular lyric is Buckley's or Cohen's; either way it's an amazing line.

The miner's aren't worse, or better, just newer. And newer pays the bills. Plus now you've got people screaming about whose fault and sue this one and that one (I'm guessing at that, actually. I'm sort of blacked out of the media, so I have no idea exactly what's happening). It's very exciting.

Troops dying is old news and either a sad necessity or a horrible crime, depending upon the segment of the audience who sees it. Neither of those is as emotionally gripping as the miners' story, for now.

If I were any better, I'd have to be twins!!
INRI White people are so scared of blakjeezis INRI"Well, maybe there's a god above, but all I ever learned from love was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you."
