It got complicated -- Fez offered to step up the wager for the Seahawks game.  If the Skins beat the Seahawks, Fez will send airline tickets to Elfish, Perrynoid and Cigar Sid.  A limo will pick them up at the airport.  The reunited Cosmic circus will then be treated to a night on the town, incuding dinner at Sardi's.  All three will be able to stay at Fez's apartment as well.  Also, Fez and East Side Dave will shave their heads and paint themselves blue (a la The Blue Man Group).  Elfish has so far refused to take the additional wager, and has been insistent that Fez send him a train ticket to come to NY tonight.  However, there has been some controversy as to whether Perrynoid, as the head of the Cosmic Circus can bind Elfish and Sid to the additional terms of the double-double or nothing bet.  Ron & Fez state that he can, and that he did, so the outcome of the bet will have to wait until the end of the Skins Seahawks game.  Elfish insists that the bet is over, he won, and Fez owes him a train ticket, a stay in his apartment, a bottle of Jack Daniels, and a head shaving.

i think Fez got in "over his head" no pun intended and is totally dreading getting his head shaved. i feel bad for him due to his recent heart attack and he's a nice guy but a bets a bet.  i'm not sure how he'll look bald. he may look great but it may look awful as well. one good thing is it's winter and he can wear a hat most of the time.

I never spoke on behalf of hellfish.  I stated I would have to check with him. The bet sounded fine with me but I stated I didnt want to sign off on it ...becuz - it was up to the fish. Ron told me to call El and I did. I then called R&F back and said he wouldn't budge.

Because Fez was the one who welched. If it was "Welching Ron and Fez" the implication would be that it was either Ron or both of them who welched on the bet. The clearest way of doing it would have been to title it "Ron and Welching Fez". Then again, what do I know, I thought "Many Much More Batman news" was a good thread title.

Well, hopefully the Seahawks will win and if they don't well, Fez will just need to pay up and bite the bullet and get it over with. His hair will eventually grow back and the meantime he just needs to wear alot of hats.
