Audio Restoration Sortware?

<p><font size="2">Hello All,</font></p><p><font size="2">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Is there a good, easy to use program out there that will restore audio &quot;dropout&quot;?</font></p><p><font size="2">Meaning, when you have and old tape and the music drops down low for a few seconds and comes back up to normal again?</font></p><p><font size="2">Is there a program that will find these low levels and restore them to the same volume as the rest of the track?</font></p><p><font size="2">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any info will be greatly apprieciated.</font></p>
