Apparently I've been stricken with what can only be the dreaded, deadly avian flu. I can't breathe, and every square inch of my body aches.

I demand that you all feel sorry for me.

a nice hot cup of Chamomile tea, throw a shot of whatever you have in
the home in it (I always like the Crown Royal and Captain Morgans mix),
drink it while taking a hot shower then go directly to bed.</p><p>It should work. It has for me many times over the past 10 years since I concocted it. It just sweats it out of you. </p><p>The only setback is waking up with hot and sticky sheets in the morning. </p><p>Good luck my friend.&nbsp;</p>

I think I may just pull through and live to tell about it. Although I've never given much thought to getting a flu shot, I just may do it next year.

It looks like ol' Uncle Gvac is gonna live at least another day.

I woke up today feeling a helluva lot better, but the clogged ears and sinuses made me decide to stay home one more day. When you drive for a living it's not a good idea to be behind the wheel when your equilibrium is a bit off.

I'm also not a big believer in working when you're sick and spreading your illness to co-workers and clients. When people tell me that they haven't had a sick day in years I usually thank them for playing Typhoid Mary and run the other way.

And thanks again for the input gang.
