A few years ago I was drumming for a band called Mindshaft in Washington DC. I lived with the bass player (<a href="http://www.jerrypippin.com/Music_Esoterica_Deppeller.htm" target="_self">Don Deppeller</a>) for a year. After band practice we would sit around and "party"<img src="http://www.ronfez.net/messageboard/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smoke.gif" border="0" /> and I would listen to Don talk about UFO's and Aliens, Doomsday stuff. I always thought he was a batty weirdo with an active imagination- but it made for good stoner talk after a night of jamming. One day he tells me he has to leave America because the U.S. Government is, as he put it:  "on to him" - he knows things that could panic the world... and the house is being watched. - being the paranoid sheep that I am, I moved out and 90 miles west of DC and cut all contact with the guy.  I noticed I was being watched for a year or so after moving to the Blue Ridge Mountains in VA. The only person I ever told about being watched and my phone being tapped was RON BENNINGTON via -email. There is no doubt I was being  watched becuz of my connection with Don. LOL! Funny pic H-box. I spoke to Don tonight and he is very afraid for his safety. He told me what he knew and now IM SPOOKED. So I will relay it to you - If I'm going down, we're all going down. This information has to get out to the public. The WMD's that George Bush is seeking in Iraq is actualy STARGATES that allow time travel. There are 2 man-made stargates in Iraq and they NEED TO BE FOUND and DESTROYED.  one stargate has been found and destroyed. The second one is still MIA. - THATS WHY the troops are still in Iraq . BTW, I googled his name too and found out that the reason this guy is doing this is is because his attempt to immigrate to Canada was denied because of his criminal record and this is the only way he can stay in the country.

yeah Don robbed a few banks back in the day. Peter Jennings was killed according to insiders. Before he died, Jennings had done a report on UFOs. The special aired on TV Feb 24.  It was typical special with nothing new added. HOWEVER - It was the stuff Jennings learned and left OFF the special that he was killed over. The stuff on the cutting room floor.  He simply knew too much. Thanks for the link. I've heard a lot of this as well. But I never knew my old bass player was involved. It explains why I have been followed and may explains my paranoia. Looking over some of Dons pages, he mentions my real name next to the name perrynoid as his drummer.  Im just a dumb drummer who has been investigated because my name appears on Dons pages. I told him a thousand times NOT to use or print my real name on the cds OR websites for a few reasons- 1: im not proud of the drumming i did on the cds.  2: i didnt want anyone to track "perrynoid"' - ALL OF THIS COULD ALSO EXPLAIN the  death threats I recently received - NOW because my fake radio show has the word COSMIC in it, Don thinks I could be an agent. Thank goodness I dont smoke weed anymore - this would be overload

OK because I was so disturbed by this dream I had, I decided to investigate. my Dad was working the midnight shift and around 3 am was on break and walked out onto the roof of an adjacent building. (the building he was in was three stories high and there was a connected building two stories high) as he stood there he watched an object float over him and over the roof of the 3 story building. It was as big as a blimp with no lights and it made no sound.  being i don't believe in UFO's i say he was hallucinating maybe due to being overtired but he remembers it plain as day...

I dunno. Some days I believe. Some days I don't.  I have never seen anything like that. I do think IF there WAS something out there, the government would hide it or go to ANY length to discredit someone who did. Even if that person was a highly respected former US President.

OK, I checked the Constitution, and it seems the Federal Government is responsible for 2 or 3 more items.<a name="section8">Section 8.</a> The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;  To borrow money on the credit of the United States;  To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;  To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;  To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;  To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States;  To establish post offices and post roads;  <a name="science and useful arts">To promote</a> the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;  To constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;  To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations;  To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;  To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;  To provide and maintain a navy;  To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;  To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;  To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;  To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings;--And  To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.
