Oprah apologized for leaving the impression that "truth didn't matter". Isn't that exactly what Ron did, and continues to do regarding "A Million Little Pieces"?<br />

If it was enjoyable, it doesn't both him so much for the same reasons that inflated stories by Hunter S. Thompson don't bother him either because he enjoys the book. </font></p><p><font face="Arial" size="3">His primary opinion is that we get told bigger, more important lies all the time by numerous people and out of all of them, this lie about a book is creating so much publicity. And it's not like he was telling lies about other people that slandered them. He embellished to make himself look better. It didn't hurt anyone. </font></p><p><font face="Arial" size="3">Of course, that's my opinion as to what Ron's opinion is. </font></p>
