ABC Anchor Seriously Injured In IRAQ

<p><a href="http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/story?id=127761" target="_self">Bob Woodruff</a> and his cameraman Doug Vogt were injured in an IED attack near Taji, Iraq today. They were embedded with the 4th Infantry Division, traveling with an Iraqi Army unit in an Iraqi mechanized vehicle.&nbsp;</p><p><font size="2">&nbsp;<strong>Bob Woodruff</strong> was named co-anchor of ABC News' World News Tonight in January 2006.</font></p><p>This story<a href="http://abcnews.go.com/" target="_self"> just broke</a> so there is not a lot of stories posted online yet. </p><a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheCosmicCircus/" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.thecosmiccircus.com/sigpics/fakeit.jpg" border="0" /></a>

Both suffered head injuries and were in serious condition at a U.S. military hospital in Iraq. Woodruff was undergoing emergency surgery. <br /></p>
