<p>9 times out of 10 I will inform the person. On pre-recorded shows I will edit that part of the show out and file it. Other times - like when&nbsp;I call people to just fuck with them - I don't bother telling them.&nbsp; I may be wrong, but there is no law or anything that requires them to be informed.&nbsp; </p>
