Great follow-up&nbsp; to the hit single &quot;Fatty Pneumonia&quot;.&nbsp; Looks like this may be the sleeper hit of the album.&nbsp; I actually sat and hummed along to the tune.&nbsp; As a matter of fact I started humming &quot;Fatty Pneumonia&quot; yesterday out of nowhere, kinda scared me a bit.<br />

Stealing from your own former work is ok though.&nbsp; Here's something from a former post which may make more sense to you all now.&nbsp;&nbsp; &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&quot;the new and IMPROVED Fez with Ammonia D&quot;........... Clue*** The announcement of Fez being called Fatty Pneumonia came days after my post,as if it sparked his buried memory/and the Ammonia smell was from him cleaning the kitchen floor...explained months later.
