That's a good question. I thought it might be because Ron and Fez tend have more caller participation thus the likelihood of a blow up was higher..<br />

<p>Its Not a city issue .......Its actually a Verizon Issue.......If a trunk has a fault in it that contributes in lines failing then it has to be replaced......Verizon wont do it&nbsp; without a major push . O&amp;A always had the same problems with the phones as R&amp;F has
now, and also remember Ron anf Fez is a lot more caller driven than
O&amp;A.&nbsp; Not to mention they answer phone calls through a
