as bad as al dukes?

um i guess this is directed towards anyone wit knowledge of the past ron and fez shows. has any producer been as horrible in everything as much as dukes. he's so damn annoying on the radio and the way they say it all he does is stand in the studio and order billy and hawk around. can we like get an e-mail campaign to jerry coleman going? ron and fez used to get one guest a week be4 now it's still good but you can't be a one trick pony and get new listeners liek that 4ever! i need al dukes out!

As far as a petition, it may not work. Seeing how Al Dukes is one of Jeremy Coleman's cloned producer droids. He is programmed with years of ineptitude, incoherent babblings and the logic of a fig. I know of many that wish him out, but , what can ya do

Firstly, I should point out that whatever Al's shortcomings he is not a bad person. Almost all who have met him agree that he's a nice guy (albeit with issues).

Remember that Ron and Fez did not hire Al. He was hired (actually he was transfered) by Coleman to be R and F's producer after Dumpy took his extended vacation.

Has there ever been worse? Al has certainly given us hours and hours of entertainment. He's very dedicated and will do anything for the show including discussing his personal problems.

Given this, I can't consider him bad for the show. His producing talents may not be up to par, but he unquestionably contributes to the show.

amen hk, i was just thinking about how everyone hates him, but they loves the show. the rf show if funny and we all dig it, i think al has a lil bit to do with that. u gotta give em props, he got bulldog skin baby...

The problem is, the executives really don't listen to the show, they just look at the ratings. I think Charlie Broyhill's little "visit" yesterday was a sign of things to come. At least he knew that banning him from the studio would be a good start. All in good time...

Rock on Dukeness....besides being a closeted Homo he isn't that bad. I used to hate him but after talking to him in studio and at bar crawls he is a cool guy, and someone that I would actually like to be friends with. OK?

i don't think al's gay. i think he's just incredibly awkward around girls and doesn't know how to act around them. in high school he was probably a loner who didn't ask girls out for different reasons, in college he probably couldn't approach them because of the high school thing- living at home didn't help much either because he might have been embarrased to introduce them to his family. and with high scool and college being the 'formative' social years, and never improving in realtions with either women or men for that matter (heterosexual friendships i mean) he's sort of given up expanding his horizons in his 30s because he feels it's too late and has for a couple of years. He says the wrong things, doesn't pick up signs, etc.

i also believe he's been in love before with a girl who shot him down (probably around the age he prefers in a girl) and he's looking to replace her form which is why he's so picky of women as it is. He also isn't looking for an extremely attractive girl because he'd be too paranoid of what he can do to keep her satisfied and how he feels about himself is bad enough that he 'knows' she'll leave him for the next guy she sees.

Of course these are just my theories about Al.
