I used to love Headline News when it was just that - just news, all the time, and was so irritated when they began junking up the channel with this braying buffoon.

Even though I cant stand this twat all the way to the OJ trial, I'll give her a pass on this. The outline of her story is true. She embellished it alot and deserves some heat for that, but if we start canning people who've embellished their resume on TV, there probably wont be anyone left.
As for her motivation to getting into law enforcement, who the hell knows what goes on in people's heads. <strike>Especially some of you dingbat broads.</strike>

She's using exaggerations and falsehoods to push her agenda about the criminal justice system. That's what makes this worse than what Frey did, IMO.
I dont watch her, what agenda is that?
She villifies every single defendant and criminal defense lawyer she comes across. She tries to say that the ciminal justice system is way too lenient, and she argues this to an extreme degree, and often brings up her personal experience where she syas that her husband was killed by a repeat offender (untrue) and says that she made a mistake when they asked her if she the death penalty should be persued and she said no (she was never consulted, and the prosecuter DID ask for the death penalty).

She sounds like an idiot, which is why I dont watch her.

She learned the TV game being a talking head during the OJ trial. Say highly partisan outrageous things and you'll keep getting booked on shows that aren't looking for the truth, just for ratings. Dont waste your energy on this stupidity. She's the legal Ann Coulter/Al Sharpton/James Carville.

Absolutely, but I'd like for her career to be nipped in the bud. I don't want to see her become the next O'Reilly.
