Earl needs to go. He can't take it. He NEVER admits his mistakes, he always comes up with some BS way around it and thinks apologizing fixes it all. Fez made it clear, he does not want Earl to apologize, he wants him to be the executive producer. Literally pointing fingers whenever something goes wrong. He should be taking responsibility for mistakes that ARE NOT his, as the leader.<br />

<p>The best was Earl defending himself. When challenged that he only admitted he MIGHT be at fault after he knew Dave had proof :</p><p> "I said it the second I said it, that it was possible, that I made a mistake, it was like 'yeah, it's possible I made a mistake,' I made a mistake and I'm sorry"<br /></p>

people say he isnt funny. he serves a purpose on the show, and is
not to be amusing. how many executive producers have they had
that were funny? (i missed most of the JFK shows, i wasnt in le

Today Ron asked Earl, very straightforward, "is being jacked by a robot gay" Earl responded "No." Then Ron said he thought it was. Immediately Earl jumped in to say "no, no, I meant no I wouldn't do it." Earl never has an opinion of his own. What a liar.

Earl left the studio during the show to go take pictures of a bridge ? Wow, he really IS dedicated. His excuse : sometimes he just needs to clear his head. What a luxury to be able to walk away from your job whenever you want. What dedication. Maybe Earl can mutitask and eat his Saltines while he roams the city taking pictures of people who are actually doing their job.
