Earl needs to go.  He can't take it.  He NEVER admits his mistakes, he always comes up with some BS way around it and thinks apologizing fixes it all.  Fez made it clear, he does not want Earl to apologize, he wants him to be the executive producer.  Literally pointing fingers whenever something goes wrong.  He should be taking responsibility for mistakes that ARE NOT his, as the leader.

ATTENTION EARL HATERS Opie and Anthony just went off for about 5 minuts on their show replay about how Earl has a million connections and he actually got Jim Norton into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremonies for Sabbath.  They praised him honestly. This demostrates he has the ability to do things, he's been responsible for the increase in higher level interviews, he is worth having around and for the record, Ron and Fez are still extrememly satisfied with him.Good Day Sirs!

The O&A shit was a bit.  You still don't understand the difference between things said in bit and doing a good job so you keep it.And didn't you hear Ron and Fez the other day?  Ron asked Earl if he still wasn't allowed to make a call, Earl said "yes."  That says to me that Earl was told not to call Wiki when the phones go out anymore.  What the fuck is Earl supposed to do?  Climb the pole outside with a screwdriver?  He's a producer not a phone technician.

Pay attention.  That wasn't during the show.  If Earl is in the office between the hours of 10:30 am and 11:00 pm, he's not allowed to take an hour off for personal stuff?I guess there is nothing to do BEFORE the show.  Why would the Exec producer be there BEFORE the show.  Earl stays late because no one is there to see him screw off or leave to take pictures.
