I'm cleaning out the garage so I pop on my Ipod and listen to a random RF show. I caught August 26, 2004.

Listening to this show brought back memories of stories of Fez and Lithium, Zoloft, trips to his therapist, and his OCDs coming out in studio (Jimmy-leg Fez). Seems like those aspects of Fez's life are off the radar now, makes me wonder if the bit got old after a while thus its gone now, or if worrying about his heart has cured his depression....

Interesting theory. If I take it one step further, can I cure my herpes with a massive head wound?

Once you see death at your doorstep, all of life's little problems seem silly.

There have been studies of people who jumped off bridges to kill themselves only to survive the water impact.

On the way down, all those problems they thought were so bad that their only option was to kill themselves suddenly didn't seem so big anymore.

They survive, then they're fine. This probably doesn't happen in every case, but I'd expect in many.

So. What have we learned? If you are feeling shitty, jump off a bridge.

Maybe some of Fez's problems went away, because he stopped taking the drugs that an idiot psychiatrist prescribed him. From the way Fez talked about him, he was a quack.

I think this was the article I was thinking about.

A little off topic... and I'm glad Fez is feeling better, but this article is amazing and creepy at the same time.

The fatal grandeur of the Golden Gate Bridge.
