This is truly fucking disgusting.

http://www.gatewaygrizzlies.com/news/?id=2723

March 8, 2006 - The Gateway Grizzlies are proud to announce that they will be adding a new concession item to GMC Stadium for the 2006 season.

The Grizzlies and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts have teamed up to create “Baseball’s Best Burger.” The burger, which was introduced at Gateway’s December 10th sale, consists of a thick and juicy burger topped with sharp cheddar cheese and two slices of bacon. The burger is then placed in between each side of a Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnut.

Wow. I'd have to try one just to say I ate it, but it sounds disgusting at the same time.

This just sounds like another one of those "specialty" sandwiches that different places offer but end up a big soggy mess on your plate. Places like to add 20 pounds of stuff to a burger then put it on a specialty bun with some spicy condiment and charge you 15 bucks for what ends up a mess. You get 2 good bites and you're eating your sandwich with a fork and knife.

No Good.

Its not as crazy as it sounds. Alot of sauces people like to put on burgers (Like BBQ) are 90% corn syrup. So you can mix sweet and savory if its done right. Just think Chinese Food. And a plain, unglazed doughnut is not the sweetest thing in the world. You could make it work, but I doubt anyone under 350 lbs would buy it.

EDIT-It says "glazed doughnut". I retract everything I just posted. You cant do it with a glazed doughnut unless you live in Arkansas.

Rothlisburger > Baseball’s Best Burger

At least from the descriptions of both, the first one sounds much better. I'm almost tempted to travel all the way to Pittsburgh for one.

A favorite story of mine to tell is the one I learned from the
R and F show about Luther Vandros. Anytime a glutenous story
would arise I would spill it out the next moment. Most would
laugh but believe it was just something humorous I had made up.
NOONE ever believed it and to be honest I understood cause I wasn't
sure R and F didn't make it up just for a great, funny angle on the
story.

I am so disgusted. What an embarrasment.
