I know they threw in the &quot;Tribal Customs&quot; stuff to justify it but I'd be pissed that someone cut my kid's hair without my permission too.

<p>The Mescalero tradition forbids cutting a girl's hair as she approaches puberty,</p><p>The kid is eight.&nbsp; She's got at least 4 years in which to grow it to regulation length.</p>
