Steve all the way. Steve did all of his own drawing in the notebook while Joe's is added in through fx in the editing. Also, Steve could carry the whole show by himself. With Joe, they were forced to resort to some lame stunt where Blue morphs into some sorry-ass talking puppet with other crappy friends to talk to in "Blues Room". These new characters and the fact that Joe changes the color of his shirt every show is just a cheap ploy to sell more crap to kids. Joe is by far the retarded brother.

I can't believe I have such strong feelings about Blue Clues. What happened to me? Let this be a warning to all of you who don't yet have kids.

Holy Shit! Nick really dropped the ball on this one. Joe is a fucking hack!!

Steve had that certain ambiguous sexual preference that 4 year olds just love. After he "Went to college" and they hired "Brother Joe" (Hey, I know that dude!), the show slid quickly into the crapper.

Joe does EXACTLY the same schtick as Steve, though not nearly as well. He seems to be going through the motions after a night out on the town. Shooting Tequila and snorting rails off of hookers asses.

It very much reminds me of Dick York and Dick Sargent. Not well played!

I am confident, that when Steve is done with his run in pornos, he will come right back and take the wheel at Blue's Clues once again. And Joe will wind up on some VH1 Hack celebrity reality show!

Godspeed, Stephen!! We will be waiting!

My ex refused to believe it was him. She had a major crush on him, and the character he played was completely creepy.

*edit* Actually, I think it was Homicide: Life in the Streets.

Steve also appeared as the character of David Tarnofski in the April 3, 1998 episode of "Homicide: Life on the Streets." The episode was entitled "Full Court Press."

There you go, Hottub...

Steve all the way.

I read an interview with him a few years ago in some music magazine, and he was talking about the epiphany he had that made him decide to leave Blue's Clues and pursue a career in music. Apparently, he was at a party where the Flaming Lips' "Soft Bulletin" was playing. Apparently the music inspired him so much that he went for the career change.

WE ARE FUCKED! - See Steve curse in the trailer for the Flaming Lips' frequently delayed, low budget epic "Christmas on Mars".
