I know their are a lot of anti-Stern people here, but it was a cool interview.
Alliance member Stacy Keibler was on the Howard Stern radio show in New York City this morning promoting her lingerie match at No Mercy this Sunday on pay-per-view. Here's my recap.
Howard introduces Stacy and says he loves to watch women wrestle, Howard asks her age and she said she just turned 22 on Sunday. Howard asks where she's from and she replies Baltimore. Howard watched the bra and panties tag team match a few months ago on pay-per-view and loved it. He likes the women tearing each others clothes off. Howard asks who she's going against, and will be facing her former partner Torrie in a one on one match.
Stacy said neither are good wrestlers so this will just be a fun match. The match might not be a strip match and they may already be in the lingerie when they get in the ring. Howard asks if she's ever popped out during a match and says she's only a A-cup and that's not a problem. Howard finds a quote (1999) that Stacy said she'd NEVER fight in a mud wrestling match (she did) or wrestle in any lingerie costumes (she has).
Stacy said back in WCW she had a different attitude and trusts to do what Mr. McMahon thinks will work for her career. Stacy has done a little modeling. Stacy will get paid more money based on her performances, if they buy rate is high and backstage thinks she did well she gets more. She talks about her dancing background and how she won the Nitro Girl contest. She does not have a boyfriend. She used to have a boyfriend for seven years and broke up when she got in WCW (traveling all the time) and used to be a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader. She was voted most congenitally in high school.
