Bush has announced he will not seek a 3rd term as Presidnet of the United States ( apparently he isnt familiar with that piece of paper, the constution that doesnt allow it...shhhhh)</p>

<p>All this means is his seat will stay in Republican hands. If was going to run for reelection it might be in doubt. Now the republican candidate can run without DeLay's shadow over his campaign.</p>
