So I park my car a block away from my house as usual. And start to
walk head home. I cut across the street to get to the other side of the
side walk. I look down and see $20 bucks. I take like 6 steps and the
voice in my head goes "WTF was that $20? Why aren't you picking that
money up?" So I go back and pick up the $20. Free money coming my way!

Then I go and buy some lotto tickets.

So much for that.

Have you found Free Money?

I found a $100 bill a few years back in the city, then found another one a few weeks before Chistmas. Both were days when it had snowed and was real cold. I guess people were wearing gloves and didn't notice the money falling out of their pocket.

i jumped down on the Path 9th St train tracks for a 10 spot... usually when i find money it's my own... something i left in a suit pocket from a few years earlier. i did find a hundred dollar bill in the dryer recently and to this day have not a clue where i may have lost it. i know it has to be mine but from when/where i don't know...

also brought shirts to the cleaners a few weeks ago and felt something in one of the pockets. lo and behold 40 bucks. i also spent the 40 on big game lottery tickets. what a fucking waste of money

Everytime I find money like a moron I ask around to see who might have dropped
it. Do you think the person that claims it really did?

One time walking to school next to a mailbox i found a sealed letter i muttered to myself this was a real shame and opened it to be nosey and read someone's maile, inside was another envelope with $300 dollars in, i spent it on food and gifts for my fat ass gf at the time, a huge mistake.

When I worked in a bar, I'd find lots of bills on the floor cleaning up at the end of the night. Mostly $1s and $5 but occasionally you'd get a $20.

They always needed a good rinsing to clean off the muck from the floor.
