I just wanted to see how many people have kinda fallen into a groove with the Ron and Fez show live and replay times.

I was one of the most vocal assholes against their times and me even getting XM at all. But since getting it, I've really fallen into their schedule. I catch as much as I can at work and I seem to catch a few weekend replays out and about doing my thang. (yea yea)

So has anyone either just found the times aren't as bad as we thought or possibly adjusted the things they do to catch more Ron and Fez?

For about the first 6 months The Buddays were on XM, my only option was to record the midnight replays and listen to them the next day at work. Then I decided to find a spot at work that I could place an XM antenna so that I could listen live. I found the spot, ran a 50 foot extension and got a pretty good signal (a few dropouts now and then). I clear up as much of the "interactive" work that I have in the morning so that I can (hopefully) be uninterrupted when The Boys are on. I even brown bag my lunch so that I don't have to leave to find something to eat.

Since I never had a chance to listen to Ron & Fez before I had no preconceived bias as to when they should be on. Although I suspect that Ron and Fez on from 8 pm to 11 pm would be a very good (and different) show

i have gotten into the routin. i catch as much as I can at work, which isnt much, but the replays get recorded and I listen to that on the train or when driving. The weekend replays are great, since I am usually driving somewhere and this way my chick and I can listen together.

That would imply that we actually did anything besides post on here and listen to the show

I record the midnight replay and listen the next day at work. Sucks being a day behind, but it's okay.

I believe routine is bad for a show/listener relationship. I try to change up my listening from time to time. For instance... on Thursday I pretended to be a sexy UPS driver while listening to the show.

Well, after listening to the show since 2000, I'm used to Ron and Fez regularly jumping around on the show times. Getting addicted to them on their midnight show, then when they got the lead from O and A, then when they were both the lead in to O and A and the show after, then 7pm got sort of normal as the time for the show, and then they went to JFK, so I had to move on to a more on demand type of experience for listening to the show.

On XM, 11-2 is a very rough time, listening at work. I like to listen while I relax at home, and really let the show sink in, rather than be able to listen to bit and parts of the show as I switch from sitting at my computer listening, then have to do stuff, then going to lunch and re-listening on the car ride to lunch. I like it as an evening show. But the weekend lineup gets the replays on at cool times that I can hear.

I actually had a better situation before I got XM. I used to download the shows and listen to 'em at home after work. Now I try and listen online while at work but the stream hogs my soundcard, which I need to make sexy radio commercials for pet stores and surf shops. So lately my only option has been to catch the midnite replay and whatever I can get on the weekend. I am usually up late so that is no big deal. I think a worse problem is how I end up catching the EXACT same parts of O&A on my way to and from work. Really bugs the hell out of me...I think it shows what a routine my life has become. Or something.

I do wish I could listen live more often though. The possibility of interaction makes any show infinitely better to listen to.

On days I know I don't have to stay at work late I listen live 12-2 at home, and
record the first hour to listen to in the car on the drive to and from work. On days
I work until 2 am, I record the entire show so I have something to listen to at
work. I WAS planning on getting rid of my portable XM unit in the fall when I work
from home full time and just listen for free on DirectTV but it looks like they've
removed the channel, dammit!

Family business so listen at home daily with my feet on the desk and a can of beer sitting around usually. Life is good.

I hear the show less now than I did at any time previously since dot
com. I catch bits at lunch here and there and some replays duing
the weekend but I don't have the time to record the show and all that
during the week. They've done a great job of hiding the
show.
I have a bunch of money that I live off. I dont work, I do my own thing everyday hobbies ect. I listen when ever I want. I love my XM, Sirius, Ipod, whatever. Ron and fez are in a good spot for me. I think people like them more so in the 7-11 spot, but whatever.

I'm sure I've written this elsewhere too, but for me the run-down is a little tough, but not impossible - I work two 20 hour a week jobs right on top of each other. One of the jobs makes it pretty easy to listen to the show - one doesn't.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays - I usually get to hear most of the show, from 12:00 - 2pm. On Fridays I can normally hear the entire show. On Wednesdays, I'm completely S.O.L.

The weekend replays helps a bit - if I think about it, I can catch the missing hours of Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays, however the Wednesday replay (the one day I can't hear the show at all) the replay is in the middle of the night on the weekends.

Things may be changing very soon with my work schedule - I can't tell yet if this is going to be better or worse with listening to the show; it could go anywhere from being able to listen to the entire show every day of the week, to not being able to hear any of it at all, to everything in between.

Anyway - one more opportunity to complain about their replays starting so late in the evenings - I'd deal with the midday show if they had a 7pm replay (although, that would present a different set of conflicts, since I've completely fallen back in line with listening to The Hideout again - damn you Tommy Bateman and your taunting messages!) - if no replay at night, then move R&F to 3-7.

Even though my Tao XM2Go is a piece of junk, I still manage to get the show recorded every day. That is the best part, being able to record the show. Then I just take that all around and get to listen and pause as I please.

I am going to find it hard to adjust if they move them to a different time on the channel. I am not comfy at 11am.

I cannot wait for the new players to come out.

I am a football scout, and I listen to both shows live on the weekdays, plus the one hour O&A replay. I catch replays whenever possible, but I think Ron and Fez need a better replay schedule.

I have only been a Ron and Fez fan since they came to XM, but they are a perfect compliment to O&A. Driving all over the place, it's nice to be able to hear my favorite shows wherever I go.

So, I guess my answer would be yes. I definately have a solid XM schedule.

First of all, I hate their timeslot, but thats been covered. Secondly,
I gotta sleep at midnight - so I just tried recording the show last
night on my MyFi. I scheduled 12-3, but for some reason nothing stored!
I'll have to hit XM411.com and see what im doing wrong... far as I can
tell I set the fucking thing up correctly...
