I drive around Sunday mornings doing erands, listening to my local Pacifica radio station (WPFW-FM).

They play Gospel music, the kind where the preacher is talking/singing with the Organ playing bluesy music in the background. You know what I'm talking about YOU GOT TO PRAY TO JESUS!! THe congregation is giving alot of Hallelulahs

My question: Who are these guys? Do they have CD's for saleI could listen to this stuff every day.

Really amazing.

i like a little sprinkling of gospel in songs like Madonna's Like A Prayer and U2's live version of Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For... I think Whitney Houston sang gospel before making it in mainsteam music. The best thing is the strength of their voices, love powerful/soulful vocals if not as much as great guitar...
