I got my XM renewal in the mail today. They want around $275 for another 2 years. With O&A back on free FM, and Elo suppossedly having "big plans" for our beloved R&F, should I wait for them to reappear on free FM too? I will be pissed off if I pay that fee and discover they are about to go back on free radio. I got 4 car payments, 4 car insurance policies (2 for teenaged boys), 2 college tuitions, (private colleges),and the usual shit we all have to pay for. My point is, money is tighter than stalker Patty's bunghole. What are you gonna do when it's your time re-up? Buy or Fly? What say you, fellow R&Fophiles?

I pay every 3 months. It's not a big bill, and you don't have to deal with it every month.

i dont really know if this is correct, but i believe that if you do want to cancel your sub, they will give you a refund on the yearly plans for the time you had left in your contract, that might of been the little doggy company though, my memory is a little hazy..

My credit card is automatically billed $12.95 every month. It's hardly noticeable when it's lumped in with all of the other charges. And even if R&F leave XM I'll still keep it. I love the music, the baseball, the hockey, and just about everything else.
When I quit the little doggie company I was doing yearly billing.
I was only a few weeks into the year and they refunded 11 months and
kept it active for the rest of the month. I would assume XM could
do something similar but I would call and check first.
i say keep it. I got XM for R&F but i love the content that they offer on the whole. I like the lack of commercials, and the many different music channels.

I haven't heard elo say anything about big plans for Ron and Fez? I hope they continue to do well and while Free FM will get them more exposure, you can tell abig difference when they come on with the lessor amount of breaks compared to the free fm show that o & a do.

At this point i would have to rank it 50%/50% as to my preference of Ron & Fez / O & A.

Long Live Roberto !!!

There was a blurb on another thread where Elo said he had big plans for R&F. Thank you all for the info. I decided to go month to month,BUT trying to get through to XM via the telephone prompts to make this happen is impossible. ITS A CRAZY HOUSE! there I tellya, A CRAZYHOUSE!

Month to month on a card is fairly painless. And much better than the alternative.

You know, radio, toilet, mother!

I pay every 3 months also, I know it's cheaper if you go 2 years, but I can't commit for that long.

O&A are beginning to work this split schedule very well (The walk overs are great, and very creative!). I imagine if R&F did go to Free radio, there would be a similar situation as with O&A, meaning that they would still remain on XM in some form as well. They were brought over at the request of O&A to compliment their show, and to give more programming to 202. No matter what happpens, I'm hooked on XM. Just the commercial-free music alone is worth the 18.95 I pay for the two units.
Maybe I'll get Black Earl Douglas ("right black at ya!"[my idea]), to get this resolved. He's so thorough and effective.
