I used a stolen phone card to call my best friend in college. That's about it.

I hadnt stolen anything, that is until recently. I went into a Conco after getting off of my externship one day and bought some drinks and a pack of gum for on the way home and ended up leaving without paying for the Slipknot keyring in my other hand.

When i was on vacation about a month ago, an aquaintance kept hassling me to use my phone card. She seemed homesick so at first i said alright until it became a nightly routine.

She finally asked me to buy her one because she almost refused to leave the hotel unless it was to go to a bar or business center to check her email. I said "sure, just give me the money" after a day or two i bumped into her and gave her the card, marked for 150CZK...she had given me 300. I felt bad at first but after thinking about it, she had cost me more than that, used my card up and also managed to have 200CZK on hotel charges for dialing out of MY room on the phone, so i said fuck it and pocketed the rest for spending money.

I honestly can't remember taking anything from a person. I've stolen from jobs before. Just as dishonest but it's not a person, the business has no face or feelings to it's easy.

I don't know these people but they invite this guy/girl over to play
some poker. What this guy/girl don't know is that these people are all
in cohoots with one another to take him/her out. Once that person is
out of the game, these people play straight up poker and talk about
that person after he/she leaves to go home.

Me and my buddy once stole a Hustler mag w/ Suzanne Somers and a can of Copenhagen from the downtown drug store. I think we were about 13 or so.

Probably the first mag I batched to, but that's another thread.

Yes, I robbed many people. I did it to make money. I sometimes knew them and I didn't care. Back in the old days I was a criminal. I stole and robbed. Drove stolen cars and drank stolen booze. I was like the gangsters from old black and white movies. Martini's, Whisky and cigars. Fast cars, loads of girls. I did it because I could and because it payed. I've been to jail three times and nobody dared to annoy me. I worked out and was a pretty big guy. Not much left now. My family is like this as well, Roumanian and Chinese criminals. I love Godfather movies because they remind me of my youth. I like all gangster movies and try things I see in them. I did it for years, until I met my wife. She didn't know about it and she changed my life forever. I told her later and she forgave me (after awhile) and we are still together. I still love cigars and I still dress like a gangster and still drink Whisky and Martini's but I will never go back to that life. Sometimes I think back and want the old days to come back. Now I'm a teacher and some time ago I gave a lecture about the Mafia. Everybody loved it. Does this answer your question?

The last time I stole from someone intentionally I think I was in 3rd grade. And this incident forever sticks in my mind (My dad made a very strong point to me that day about stealing and honesty).

I stole a roll of quarters from my best friend (who still is to this day) to play video games. My father heard jingling from my pockets when he came home from work and immediately called me on it. I first lied and said I took it from him, but he knew that wasnt true. He grilled me and I admitted I took it from my friend.

He took me to the car and announced we are going right back to his house to return it and apologize. I said NO WAY. So what did he do...he drove right to the police station and said you are going to jail then.....Started walking me up to the station and I of course at that age you think the worst. I broke down and agreed. We went to my friends house...admitted everything I did.

Never again did I ever think about stealing from someone again. I love my father for that. Made me the good person I am to this day.
