You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

<p>CIA Director Porter Goss resigned today without explanation. </p><p>Perhaps he wants to spend more time with Andrew Card's kids?</p><p>The Drudge Report (an addiction I cannot break) is currently (as of 2:30pm EST) running the news abve the title, but the <strong>featured </strong>item above the title is Patrick Kennedy and a 2-bit traffic scrape... Amazing. </p><p>Also recall that up until a day or two ago Drudge was carrying a link to a story about top CIA officials implicated in a prostitution scandal in DC... </p><p>Hang on tight, this should be good.</p>

Can't blame the guy for resigning.&nbsp; He probably felt&nbsp;marginalized with the useless, needless creation of the DNI.
