<p>Earl said today he went to a double feature at the drive in in 1975 or 76 or so, and Ronnie goes "how old are you, 80??" or something close to that.</p><p> </p><p>Earl says "I was 5".</p><p> </p><p>Who the hell would take a 5 yr old to see Jaws? </p>

When I went to see The Crow in the theaters, some parents had kids there who couldn't have been more than three. A lot of parents will bring kids to movies because the parents want to see the movie, and can't get a babysitter.</font></p>

Well, to be fair, back then most parents weren't so worried that movies would warp their kids' brains. Parents were cooler.

When I was that age my parents would never take me to see a movie like that.</p><p>They would leave me in a hot car with the windows up, leave me with the 40 year old uncle who never married, or simply leave me at home.</p><p>Earl's Mammy should be ashamed of herself.</p>
