You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Has there ever been a bomb threat/scare in which there was actually a bomb? Who would plant a bomb and then call the police and tell them they did?

It has happened quite often in Spain. The Basque seperatist group ETA would often hide a bomb on a beach, city, tourist resort, etc. then proceed to call up a newspaper or police station and report they had plans on detonating it. On various occasions police would find the devices and stop them from going off.

All I know is if I was planning to do it, I wouldnt tell anyone.  Why spoil the fun?
