When you listen to the show, it will be clear. Mikey D needs to be banned.He went way over the line. Seriously, I had no opinion of the guy before today. I didn't mind him on the show, but after today, I despise him. From here on, everytime I here his voice I will think about what he did to Dave and his girl. Very uncool. He has to go.

I feel that Mikey D was way out of line by coming to Daves house.  And then the games he was trying to play with semantics Dave was using was almost childish.  Calling the cops probably wasn't the best idea, especially since he didn't even tell them what was going on, but it seems to me was freaked out and didn't know exactly how to handle the situation.  And I know if I was in his place I wouldn't know how to handle it either.

Its hard to belive anything Mikey D says when hes playing word games like "i wasnt there with anyone with a mustache". I totally belive dave and especially after seeing someone last week peeking in his windows i think he had every right to call the cops. I just dont get why he didnt tell the cops the truth if it freaked him and his chick out that much. Plus I always hate how Mikey can just never be wrong no matter what anyone says.

Ron seems to have a handle on the whole thing and has laid the law down....   Funk, I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this. Radio is radio, and like Ron said - anything with anger or "real-life" issues should be kept in the studio so it can be defused on the air. If Mikey really had a problem, he should have taken his gripes on the air. We know Dave as "East Side", but when he goes home, he's not in "East Side" mode.  He was with his girlfriend... not at a Ron and Fez event, not in the studio - off the air and out of character.  Mikey had no right to violate a man's home like that.

Bottom line, Mikey D was out of line for going to Dave's home and the
result was not good radio.  Both Ron and Fez were silent for an
unreasonable amount of time, until they had to step in to mediate the
nonsense.  If entertaining the escapades of MikeyD and Eastside
reduces the show to level we heard today, no reason to keep Dave around
or engage MikeyD any further.

I love it that Dave kept calling Mikey the mayor of Astoria. For those who don't know Astoria has a HUGE Greek population. Anyone who is even a  part Greek knows everyone and their mother. I've lived here my whole life (24 years) and I've seen it over and over again.They all feel they have something to prove, Mikey does tons for the show, is a big supporter and friend, but he was WAY OUT OF LINE, and actually very typical of an Astoria Greek.  Also if I remember Dave has said he lives on 43rd street, and 23rd ave I think. (or very close to that area)  Not exactly the best part, or the worst part of Astoria, but actually has had a TON of break ins in the last year or so.  Mikey and his malaka homey are really lucky Dave didnt tee off on his head. ESD may not be that liked by a lot of people ( I think he's funny, and Dave if you read this, head down a few blocks to Steinway and broadway and have some drinks @ cronin and phelans) but its a bit. Mikey has been a part of a ton of bits, what the fuck was he doing showing up at  Daves apartment. Soooo.. GO ESD.I give team Whatley 3 spirit points for Dave sticking up for himself, and not taking any shit.

So I listened on the replay and I just can't believe it.I know Mikey D and I like him, but to me it was 100% obvious he was lying.  He never once said, "I was not there."  I'm guessing he just took the joke WAY too far, but I also don't really want to think any worse of him.And I have to disagree with Ron.   This isn't the Sopranos, it's real life.  There's no stupid "code."  Someone comes to break into your house, you call the cops, bottom line.  I believe that ESD was only sure it was Mikey after he called the cops and his cooler head led him to not finger Mikey.  To give him crap about then not turning in Mikey is ridiculous.  They should have gave him credit for that.  Would Ron and Fez have preferred that Mikey was sitting in jail?I don't know what the endgame here is, but I really hope these two guys can put it behind them.  It is a very weird place for the show to be.  Not a pleasant listen.

From what was said on the show, I think Mikey went way too
far.  Having someone trying to force their way into your house is
some really scary shit.  Dave did the right thing thing by calling
the cops and he also did the classy thing by not ratting Mikey out,
when he realized for certain who it was. That said, I also
lost a lot of respect I may of had for Dave, when he admitted he was
trying to weasel his way into Mikey's gig as the Crankcase drummer. To
me that's just as low as trying to score with a friend's woman.

Been busy the past couple days, just heard the phone call on my MyFi.I think there was an air of joking around until East Side came in screaming at the top of his lungs.  And I don't say that to blame East Side, I like both these guys too.  I want them both involved with the show.  I really hope whatever part of this bit that got "Real" dies and we don't have to worry about these 2 guys being on air together.  I don't want to see a problem form.
