I never ever ever ever ever eva' see any XM advertising anywhere. And I have no idea why. XM should include a big phat sticker with every purchase of a radio..and some stickers every year with your subscription. It makes me nuts. How does anyone expect to get noticed if you aren't out there?

My radio in my truck seems to be something of awe when people realize what the thingy on my dashboard is. I have heard a heck of alot of RanF promos on all the XM channels tho. Promoting within the network is great, but its free too. Shell out some bucks XM and try a thing call an Ad Campaign..

or maybe i live in a retirement community in SWFL and they could care less to advertise here. But i read alot, i visit alot of heavily trafficed websites daily for news and such (ok such=prOn) and never see a single advert. I finnaly saw an O&A advert on Fark.com ... so maybe they are gonna try it out..

Except for Best Buy, I don't see it that much. It would pay for people in Florida to know that they can hear Ron and Fez again. Everytime I mention them to people around here the response is usually "whatever happened to them?"

I see plenty of commercials, too. They don't bombard with advertising, because one of the problems they are having right now, is that they don't have much money left in their advertising budget. I saw that on the news just yesterday.

I guess they're saving the rest of the budget for next Christmas. That's when they show the most commercials.

i see commericals all the time. during LOST there was atleast 4. Sirius had 1. During the World Series you see XM everywhere. same for the world baseball classis. i think the subway ads for the tourny had the XM logo on it, but i am not sure.

Plus every morning for three hours O&A mention it a million times, that is free advertising right there.

i see so i live a f'ing cave. actually with a little research the Average Age in the area I live in is 62. People here are just waiting to die, XM not high on priorities i guess. I just seem to run into people who think i must be an astronaut because of the space radio in my car. And i did live in indiana and the Amish are impressed by devices powered by the devil. I should get out more.
