Hi Sundoggy!
I feel for you buddy! I have
suffered through dozens of
them! First, and foremost,
make an appointment with your
doctor! (I know this sucks if
you don't have insurance!!!)
Until you see your doctor, put
warm compresses on your ear.
That's always helped me!

It depends if it's viral or bacterial, or just a byproduct of a cold. Hot compresses can be effective as can sudafed. But you're best off seeing your doctor to see if you need eardrops.
