Obviously Johnny is a show favorite to some listeners. So it has to be just a matter of time before he replaces Dave or Earl. I personally see that Earl does not add a whole lot to the show as far as entertainment value goes, so my opinion is it should be Earl. Like Dave or not, he is definitely entertaining. Explain why you pick who you would pick Bronx Johnny to replace.

Earl is an extremely important and valuable addition to the Ron and Fez show. Just because he doesn't "shine" all the time on air doesn't mean he isn't doing a great job. He's not going anywhere.

Dave is great on air, but if all his on air antics can be taken 100% as truth and not a bit, he runs the risk of becoming more trouble than he's worth in the future. Although I hope that doesn't happen because I do like him on the show.

I'd like to see Johnny added, not as a replacement to anyone on now. But Ron and Fez have said on air that they run with a very small staff, there may just not be any room for Johnny. I'd like to see him stay if possible.

Johnny should be an addition to the staff, not a replacement.

As others said, I don't see Bronx Johnny replacing either Earl or Dave. Both gentlement have much more experience in radio that makes them valuable in handling off-air responsibilities than Bronx Johnny could hope to have right now. For instance, do you think that Johnny could get all of the interesting interviews that Earl gets for the show?

I don't want Johnny to replace anyone. Sure he is a good addition to the show but I wouldn't want him to replace anyone. I guess if I had to pick though it would be dave.
Can Ron handle doing another voice? This might wear him out.

I like Bronx Johnny and i hope they find a job for him, but there is no way he should replace either Dave or Earl. First of all, he is still very young in his career ( not near the experiance Earl has). Second he is a pretty quite guy and does'nt get Ron fired up like Dave does. Having said that i think they should have him involved in the show one way or the other.

of all, people need to realize that Earl is the one who runs the show.
Neither Dave or Johnny have the experience to be the executive
producer of the show.
I think that ESD would be better used in a more sparing role, so if anyone was replaced, it would be him. Earl "gets" the show now and seems to have a grasp on where Ron and Fez go. Sides, I'm just impressed at the sheer wealth of knowledge in all things music.

Even though Ron & Fez roll with a smaller crew, they have to make room for him. I'm sure some sort of arrangement could be made. I just know Johnny is gonna be huge in this business. You gotta love that kid's dedication to the show.

Besides, to think of those sad Latin eyes looking all over the graduation audience and not seeing Papi breaks my heart. Single Bronx tear rolling down one cheek.

If I had to choose, I would say Bronx Johnny should replace Dave. Earl should never be replaced.

Marc
